- This item is for all Lifts manufactured after 7/1/2010 only
- Please check for serial number of lift before ordering
- Part does not work on lifts manufactured before 7/1/2010 (use #12-5040)
- Look for the Lift’s serial number on the Invacare sticker located on the mast or base of the Lift
- First 2 digits of the serial number identify the year it was manufactured (10=2010)
- The next letter (alpha character) is for month (A=Jan. B=Feb C=Mar…..L=Dec)
