Medical Parts Source Business Terms & Policy
All pricing in is subject to change without notice. Medical Parts Source makes every effort possible to ensure the accuracy of pricing and specifications. Medical Parts Source will not be held responsible for any typographical, image/picture or product specifications which have errors. Medical Parts Source reserves the right to change published pricing without notification. Florida customers will be invoiced appropriates sales tax determined by ship to address, unless a valid tax exempt certificate is provided. Shipment outside the state of Florida will not be invoiced sales tax.
GENERAL RETURNED GOODS POLICY:
Advance authorization must be received from Medical Parts Source customer service prior to returning merchandise.
All requests for return authorization must be phoned to (941) 342-7725 or emailed to: email@example.com and include:
- Reason for return
- Item number and quantity
- Invoice number; original sales order number; or original purchase order number and date.
- Serial number if applicable.
- Returned merchandise is subject to manufacturers restocking fee.
SHORT SHIPMENT and FREIGHT DAMAGE:
Claims for shortages, errors in delivery or defects apparent on visual inspection must be made in writing to Medical Parts Source within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment. Buyer’s failure to give timely notice of the same shall constitute unqualified acceptance of such shipment.
All freight is F. O. B. shipping origin with shipping/handling charges prepaid and added to invoice.
Medical Parts Source does not require a minimum order amount. Drop shipments made from the manufacturer may carry a minimum order charge which would be applied to your invoice. We will make every effort possible to avoid or waive this when possible.

Net 30 days upon credit approval. Account must remain current to continue open status.
